I need advice.
Ill fall asleep crying knowing that tomorrow my arms wont be clean anymore. I was honesyly just stupid to think you were gonna let me have him. I knew better than to let myself fall for him and my little wrists will have to pay the price. This is gonna be bad relapse. :/
Day 17: Does anyone know that you are trying to lose weight? If so, what do they think about it? Are they supportive or non-supportive? How does that make you feel?
A. NO ONE knows about my diet. If anyone knew around where i lived everyone would know in the matter of about an hour. People would try to stop me and it wouldn’t turn out good. At all.
Breakfast- None
Lunch- Smothered burrito-430
Dinner- Grilled bbq chicken w/ asparagus and rice-180
Snacks- Kiwi- 50
Exercise- Walk 30 min-50

Day 16: What kind of clothes do you wear when you are at your thinnest weight? (if you have never been there, what kind WOULD you wear?) Explain why and how you feel (or assume you would feel) in them.
A. When i’m thinnest-or feel thinnest- I love to where clothes that show off my stomach and legs :)

Day 15: (You have made it 2 week! Congrats!) What kind of clothes do you wear when you are at your heaviest weight? Explain why and how you feel in them.
A. Barely. Aha. But at a heavier weight- or just when i feel bigger- I tend to where my old jeens or sweats and a baggy t-shirt. They make me feel more covered up. And yucky because I know I’m weak.
